Pre Marriage Counselling-

Premarital Counselling is a therapy which helps to prepare the couples mentally for marriage. The counselling helps to make sure that you and your spouse can have a strong and healthy relationship throughout your life.

Couples counseling can help partners to identify problems that arise in the period of their relationship, but premarital counseling can help couples  identify the  such as —finances, child-rearing methods, career goals, and family dynamics, which will effect later in the span of their relationship. 

Teen Troubles-

Teen adjustment issues can develops at home and schools resulting serious problems at a young age and can result  in serious  problems at home and at school. It can affect  the whole family, as well as friends and teachers. The couples therapist will assist the couple in identifying the issue that will be the focus of treatment, establishing treatment goals and planning a structure for treatment Some are not able to identify where things might be going wrong for them and end up increasing the problems  due to miscommunication, fights, emotional blackmail, cheating or violence etc.

With the help and support of good counsellor, couples are better able to deal with communication issues, major life events and other problems – past and present – that are causing unhappiness.

Individual counselling-

Individual counselling sessions where an individual and counsellor have one on one talking theraphy. It is Important to find a counsellor you feel you are comfortable to open up and discuss all your problems.
